AX200 fails to persistently connect at 802.11ax and sometimes connects as 802.11ac (pcap with association included)

My AX200 adapter was bought from Fenvi manufacturer. I wonder whether there are users who can confirm that their Fenvi adapters can connect with 802.11ax and use OFDMA for communication. (assocreq with corresponding capabilities would be much appreciated).

I think there's a problem with Fenvi's implementation of AX200 manufacturing. Thinking right now about trying Comfast solution.
